Have had very poor customer service experiences with Dubai Banks, where it is impossible to call anyone responsible in Dubai to get any problems resolved (just call centers in Chennai who cannot resolve issues easily), so am trying to get away form my current banks (EmiratesNBD, Standard Chartered).  

Any recommendations for a Dubai bank with personal account managers who offer standard retail and corporate current account?   (No call centers)  

Normally keep substantial balances in Dubai so do qualify for premium services at any bank.
