I run a small business here in Dubai with my husband. An LLC. I am the "legal manager" and the split is 51% to our local - silent - partner 44% to me & 5% to my husband. I am the signatory etc and in charge of the day to day running of the business. We have a young son of 9 yrs old. Two questions:
1. In the terrible event that my husband died suddenly; would I still be able to continue running the business as now. Would the sharia law or any other law have to get involved? Would I be able to raise invoices, receive money into the company account & carry on the business?
2. In the terrble event that I die suddenly - what would happen to the business? Thank you.
